Track
A reflective electropop track about finding peace in impermanence. Rather than mourning what fades, it embraces the freedom of letting go, reminding us that pain, pressure, and even identity are all temporary. Instead of sadness, it creates space. Space to exist without over-defining every moment. Space to move without fear of permanence. It’s not about disappearing - it’s about understanding that change is the most stable thing we have.

VERSE 1 Nothing stays… long enough Feel it fade while it’s still warm Hold it close… let it go I don’t need to keep it whole BRIDGE Every moment passing through Never mine to hold onto What I lose… what I find All just moving through in time CHORUS It’s temporary… It’s temporary… VERSE 2 Even me… even this Every breath I ever get Comes and goes… like a wave I don’t fight it, I just stay CHORUS It’s temporary… So am I… No forever… no mistake Every end is just a shape Of a moment… passing by I don’t hold it, I let it slide BREAK Let it fade… Let it change… I don’t need it to remain… FINAL CHORUS It’s temporary… So am I… Still moving… While it passes by…
Process, tools, and the story behind the release.
This song began with a simple question: What if "everything is temporary" wasn't a depressing thought, but a comforting one? I built the lyrics around that perspective, turning impermanence into relief instead of loss. It's one of the central ideas explored throughout the Optimistic Misinterpretations album.
